Pakistan is a young nation — about 64% of the population is under 30. Millions cannot reach their potential due to lack of guidance, resources, and opportunities. Roughly 70 million youth aged 15–29 face unemployment as a pressing challenge; every year about 2 million young people enter the job market.
Roshan Foundation’s Bano Qabil IT Scholarship Program equips youth with modern IT skills so they can improve quality of life and secure respectable employment. Free courses include Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing, Web Development, Freelancing, and more — certified pathways that help graduates find work, freelance, or start up.

Certified IT programmes (typically three months, ~2 hrs/day) covering web fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), React, UI/UX, digital marketing, graphic design, freelancing and more.
